Express Yourself Responsibly

We're all for you showcasing your creativity, however, always ensure your avatar is respectful and not meant to deceive or harm others.

Your Rights and Ours

Only use avatars that you have the IP rights to. Respect for artists and their intellectual property is essential. If you didn't create it or don't have permission, think twice before using it.

Respect Comes First

Every user deserves respect. Harassment, trolling, doxxing, hate speech, or any form of bullying has no place on Vupechat. Let's keep interactions positive and respectful.

Streaming and Privacy

If you're livestreaming while using Vupechat, please inform other users. Be sure to toggle the livestreaming indicator ON if you are livestreaming. Consent is important!

Content Guidelines

NSFW content including nudity and violence is not permitted. Original character models must go through SFW verification. Models deemed inappropriate by automatic verification and community moderation will be flagged as NSFW or Under Review resulting in restricted access or account suspension.

Impersonation is a No-Go

Pseudonymity is cool; impersonating someone else is not. Whether it's pretending to be a friend or someone famous, keep it authentic and be yourself.

Age Restrictions

Vupechat is not an “adult” site, and NSFW content is not permitted. However, Vupechat is meant for users aged 18 and above to promote a mature community and a safe experience for all members making new friends.

Exercise Honesty

All members share a responsibility to ensure our community is fun, safe, and engaging. Use the Report feature to flag instances where others have violated the Community Guidelines. Do not use the Report feature carelessly. Dishonest reporting is considered a violation of these terms.

Violations of our Community Guideline will result in consequences including temporary bans and lifetime account suspension.
